CBD does not have a standard dietary recommended amount. Some users may need to explore different amounts to find what works best for them. Regular users commonly report experiencing their desired effects at 25mg/day of CBD oil.

The effects of CBD often last for 4-6 hours. So, many people split the serving and take half in the morning (.5mL) and half in the evening (.5mL) for a total of 1mL (25mg CBD).
