At Daddy Burt Hemp Co. we’re here to guide you on your wellness journey with CBD products. That means helping you understand the most effective ways to take CBD. There are many different ways to get your daily values of CBD. Some of the most popular include oils and edibles.
The key piece to succeeding with CBD is finding the right amount that works for you. Many people find that including roughly 25mg of CBD in their daily diet creates the desired benefits. At Daddy Burt, we recommend starting with around 15mg of CBD per day and then increasing the amount until you find the level that is right for you. It is important to remember that the effects of CBD will last anywhere from 4-8 hours in the body. We recommend taking half of your daily amount in the morning and then half in the late afternoon or early evening to get the effects all day long.
