These shipping policies are associated with and must be consented to in conjunction with our Term & Conditions and Privacy Policies in order to purchase Daddy Burt Hemp Co. products.

Coverage Area

Daddy Burt Hemp Co. ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories excluding California, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international purchasing or shipping at this time.


Rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping is included for FREE on all orders. Additional charges may apply for express delivery or overnight shipping orders.


Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery will typically take 3-5 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you have not received your delivery 7 days after placing your order, please contact us.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay for your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your package tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. Please check your SPAM folder and/or verify that the email address is correct if you did not receive a confirmation notification.

Order tracking is managed by the carrier service once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse. While your package may already be shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the package carrier (USPS) may not record information about your package for up to 2 full business days.


Finding Your Order Status

  • Check Your Email – You were required to enter an email address during checkout; you will receive emails at the provided email address to keep you up-to-date on the status of your order.
  • My Account – If you signed up for a Daddy Burt account, you may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders through your dashboard. Sign-in to your account to view your order history at any time.

Lost Packages

If a package gets lost in transit (very rare), Daddy Burt Hemp Co. is not responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered”. This means the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address. If the tracking information says delivered, yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that you check with family, housemates or neighbors to see if they received the package without telling the intended recipient.


Incorrect Address (Delivered)

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by the customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. When ordering, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.



If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so you can send it back to us. Once received we can send you the appropriate replacement product(s).

Please note that refunds/replacements will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, or orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Product Inventory & Purchasing

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person or jurisdiction. A product’s availability is clearly noted on the product page if it is “Out-of-Stock”. Most items on our site are available and ready to ship immediately. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. If an item you have purchased is out-of-stock or there will be a significant delay for your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Prices for our products are subject to change, at Daddy Burt’s discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and include standard shipping charges that align with this policy.

If payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods, you may be charged a processing fee or other fees; you are solely responsible for the payment of any such fees.

Daddy Burt products are not available for purchase by residents of California, Alaska or Hawaii.
